The Buyer accepts that OPC Ergonomics retains equitable and legal title to the goods at the buyers warehouse and premises until payment is received in FULL and as a special condition grants permission to recover the goods should the account become delinquent after 60 days of the due date for payment.
Product Warranty Information and Returns
We warrant products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions and in accordance with the instruction manual, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase. Warranty does not cover damage to goods caused by users, or normal wear and tear.
No item can be returned without prior authorisation.
Products within the warranty period
If a product fails to function within the warranty period, please fill out the below Product Return Form to initiate the warranty process. Once we have reviewed the form we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
If it is determined that we will need to examine the product, we will provide you with a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). When returning a product, please include all accessories, attachments, cords, dongles and any other accompaniments that were sold with the product.
If a product is required to be reviewed, the cost and method of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
If a defect or malfunction is detected after examination, the product will be repaired if possible or replaced.
These terms and conditions apply to all products regardless of any manufacturer’s claims or terms.
